KPSS Dijital hesabınızı ve size ait verileri iki yoldan silebilirsiniz: uygulama içinden veya e-posta ile talep ederek. Her iki yöntem de ücretsizdir ve gerekçe göstermeniz gerekmez.

1. Uygulama içinden silme

KPSS Dijital uygulamasını açın ve hesabınızla giriş yapın.
Ayarlar (profil simgesi) bölümüne gidin.
Hesap → Hesabı sil seçeneğine dokunun.
Uyarıyı okuyup onaylayın. Hesabınız anında kapatılır ve silme süreci başlar.

Aktif bir aboneliğiniz varsa, hesabı silmek aboneliği otomatik olarak iptal etmez; aboneliği App Store veya Google Play üzerinden ayrıca iptal edin.

2. E-posta ile talep

Uygulamaya erişiminiz yoksa veya uygulama içi seçeneği kullanamıyorsanız, hesabınıza kayıtlı e-posta adresinden [email protected] adresine yazın. Konu satırı: "KPSS Dijital — Hesap silme talebi". Kimliğinizi doğrulamak için kayıtlı adresinizden yazmanız yeterlidir; başka bir adresten yazarsanız kısa bir doğrulama isteyebiliriz.

Hazır e-posta oluştur

Talebiniz 3 iş günü içinde onaylanır ve silme süreci başlatılır.

3. Neler silinir?

Hesap bilgileriniz (e-posta, ad, profil)
İlerleme, istatistik ve çalışma planı verileriniz
Bildirim belirteçleri ve cihaz kayıtları
Destek yazışmalarınız (aktif bir talep yoksa)

4. Neler saklanır?

Satın alma ve fatura kayıtları (vergi mevzuatı gereği 10 yıl; kimliğinizle ilişkilendirilemeyecek biçimde)
Anonimleştirilmiş, kimliğinizle ilişkilendirilemeyen toplu istatistikler
Yasal bir talep veya uyuşmazlık kapsamında saklanması zorunlu kayıtlar (yalnızca gerekli süreyle)

5. Süreler

Hesabınız talebinizle birlikte anında devre dışı bırakılır ve giriş yapılamaz.
Kişisel verileriniz 30 gün içinde üretim sistemlerimizden silinir. Bu süre, yanlışlıkla yapılan talepleri geri alabilmeniz içindir; 30 gün içinde [email protected] adresine yazarak silmeyi iptal edebilirsiniz.
Yedek kopyalar en geç 90 gün içinde temizlenir.
Silme tamamlandığında kayıtlı e-posta adresinize bir onay iletisi gönderilir.

6. Verilerinizin bir kopyasını isteyin

Silmeden önce verilerinizin bir kopyasını (JSON) almak isterseniz aynı adrese "KPSS Dijital — veri kopyası" konulu e-posta gönderin. Kopya 30 gün içinde iletilir.

Delete Your Account and Data (English)

You can delete your KPSS Dijital account and the data associated with it in two ways: inside the app, or by emailing us. Both are free and you do not need to give a reason.

1. Delete inside the app

Open the KPSS Dijital app and sign in.
Go to Settings (profile icon).
Tap Account → Delete account.
Read the warning and confirm. Your account is closed immediately and deletion begins.

If you have an active subscription, deleting the account does not cancel it automatically; cancel the subscription separately in the App Store or Google Play.

2. Request by email

If you no longer have access to the app or cannot use the in-app option, email [email protected] from the address registered to your account. Subject line: "KPSS Dijital — Account deletion request". Writing from your registered address is enough to verify your identity; from another address we may ask for a short verification.

Compose the email

Your request is confirmed within 3 business days and deletion is started.

3. What is deleted

Your account details (email, name, profile)
Your progress, statistics and study plan data
Push tokens and device records
Your support conversations (unless a request is still open)

4. What is retained

Purchase and invoice records (10 years as required by tax law; no longer linked to your identity)
Aggregated, anonymised statistics that cannot be linked to you
Records we are legally required to keep for a claim or dispute (only for as long as necessary)

5. Timelines

Your account is deactivated immediately upon request and can no longer be used to sign in.
Your personal data is deleted from our production systems within 30 days. This window lets you reverse an accidental request; email [email protected] within 30 days to cancel the deletion.
Backup copies are purged within 90 days at the latest.
When deletion is complete, a confirmation is sent to your registered email address.

6. Request a copy of your data

If you would like a copy of your data (JSON) before deleting, email the same address with the subject "KPSS Dijital — data copy". The copy is delivered within 30 days.
