This notice explains how Dijenta ("Dijenta", "we") handles personal data when you visit https://dijenta.com, fill in one of our forms or contact us. It is written to meet the transparency requirements of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Türkiye’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).
1. In short
- We only ask for what we need to answer your request and run a project.
- We never see your card details; payments are completed on our payment provider’s secure page.
- We don’t sell or rent your data, and we don’t share it with third parties for their own marketing.
- Analytics and advertising cookies only run after you consent to them.
- You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data at any time.
2. Who is responsible

3. What we collect
When you fill in a form: your name, email address, phone number (if you give it), company, website, the service you’re interested in, your budget range and timing, your preferred contact channel and time, and your message.
Automatically, with each form submission: the page you sent it from, the referring site, campaign parameters (such as utm tags or a Google Ads click ID), your IP address and your browser’s user agent. We use this to filter spam and abuse and to understand which channels bring inquiries.
With your consent, through cookies: pages visited and interactions, as described in section 7.
We don’t ask for special category data (such as health information), and we don’t knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

We don’t use your data for automated decision-making or profiling that has legal or similarly significant effects on you.
5. Who we share it with
Only as far as needed, with service providers that process data on our behalf and under our instructions:
- Our hosting provider, which runs the website and its database on servers in Türkiye.
- Resend, which delivers transactional emails such as the confirmation you receive after sending the project form (where email delivery is enabled).
- Google (Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads), only if you consent to analytics or marketing cookies.
- Cloudflare (Turnstile), if we enable it on our forms to tell people from bots.
- Meta (WhatsApp), only when you choose to message us on WhatsApp; that conversation is also subject to WhatsApp’s own terms.
- Our accountant and, where the law requires it, competent public authorities.
6. International transfers
Dijenta is based in Türkiye and our website and database are hosted in Türkiye. When you contact us from another country, you send your information directly to us in Türkiye. Some of the providers listed above (for example Resend and Google) may process data in the United States or elsewhere; where required, these transfers rely on the providers’ standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards. You can ask us for more information about these safeguards.
7. Cookies and your choices
When you first visit the site, a cookie banner lets you choose between Accept all and Necessary only, or switch analytics and marketing on and off separately. Until you choose, only strictly necessary storage is used:
dj_consent(first party, 12 months): remembers your cookie choices.- Interface preferences in your browser’s local storage, such as reduced motion or an unfinished project form, so you can pick up where you left off.
With your consent we also load Google Analytics 4 (_ga, _ga_*, _gid: visit statistics) and Google Ads (_gcl_au, _gcl_aw and Google advertising cookies: conversion measurement and remarketing). Google tags run in basic consent mode: nothing is sent to Google before you consent. You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” link in the footer.
8. How long we keep it
- Inquiries that don’t lead to a project: 2 years from our last contact.
- Project and contract records: 10 years after the contract ends.
- Invoices and payment records: 10 years, as required by Turkish law.
- Proof of marketing consent: 3 years after you withdraw it.
After that, we delete or anonymize the data.
9. Your rights
Under the GDPR and KVKK you can ask us to:
- confirm whether we process your data and give you a copy of it,
- correct inaccurate data or delete data we no longer need,
- restrict processing, or object to processing based on legitimate interest,
- send you, or another controller, the data you gave us in a machine-readable format,
- stop sending marketing emails, and withdraw any consent you gave (this doesn’t affect processing that happened before).
Send your request to [email protected]. We reply within one month. You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority, such as the one in the EU country where you live or work, or Türkiye’s Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK).
10. Security
All connections to the site are encrypted (TLS). Only authorized team members can access the admin panel, using strong passwords and time-limited sessions, and actions there are logged. Backups are protected with the same measures.
11. Changes to this notice
We may update this notice from time to time. The current version is always published on this page with its effective date. If a change affects you significantly and we have your email address, we’ll let you know.
