02Is it a fit?

Who it’s for.

A good fit

  • 01

Businesses in education, health, services or memberships that want regular contact with their users.

  • 02

Teams with a web product that need device capabilities such as notifications, camera or location.

  • 03

Startups planning a revenue model built on subscriptions or in-app purchases.

  • 04

Companies that need an internal app for field teams, dealers or couriers.

Too early

  • 01

Ideas whose scope is not yet clear; we define it together in a short discovery call first.

  • 02

Needs that a mobile-friendly website can meet; in that case, we recommend a website rather than an app.

  • 03

Games and projects built around heavy 3D graphics.

03What’s included

What we deliver.

You get an app that is live, takes payments and stays in touch with its users. Every item is written into the proposal.

  1. 01

    Product definition and flow

Every screen, its order and its purpose. The scope of the first version is fixed in writing and forms the basis of the quote.

  2. 02

iOS and Android from one codebase

React Native ships to both platforms at once. Platform-specific behavior, such as the back button and notification permissions, is handled separately.

  3. 03

    Interface design

Screens that follow Apple and Google design guidelines and carry your brand. Dark mode and accessibility are included.

  4. 04

    Subscriptions and payments

App Store and Google Play subscriptions, free trials and price tests. If web payments are needed, we integrate PayTR or iyzico.

  1. 05

    Notification system

Segmented push notifications, scheduled reminders and quiet hours, managed by your team from the admin panel.

  2. 06

    Admin panel and API

Content, user, notification and revenue screens. The app’s backend is built by the same team.

  3. 07

    Store release

Developer accounts are opened in your name. We handle screenshots, store listings, privacy pages and the review process.

  4. 08

    Analytics and crash reporting

Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics are set up at handover. From the first week, you can see where users drop off.

04Process

Process.

5 steps

  1. 01Week 1

    Product definition

Three questions: who will use it, what problem it solves, and how it will make money. The answers set the scope of the first version.

  2. 02Weeks 2–3

    Design and prototype

A clickable Figma prototype. You try the flow on your own phone before development begins.

  3. 03Weeks 4–10

    Development

A TestFlight and Google Play internal test build is shared every week. Feedback goes into the next build.

  4. 041–2 weeks

    Store review and release

We run the Apple and Google review processes. If the app is rejected, fixes and resubmission are part of the scope.

  5. 05After launch

    Growth

Release planning, notification strategy and store optimization, using methods we have proven on our own apps.

05Quote

Every quote is based on scope.

How we quote

The proposal is based on scope and arrives in writing, itemized, within 48 hours of the discovery call. The first version is built on a fixed scope for a fixed fee; post-launch development runs on a release plan or on time and materials. Payments are tied to milestones. We recommend keeping the first version narrow: few screens, one revenue model, an early release.

What shapes the quote

  1. 01

Number of screens and user roles

  2. 02

    Subscriptions, payments and in-app purchases

  3. 03

Heavy features such as offline mode, video or live content

  4. 04

Third-party integrations: payments, maps, social login

  5. 05

    Scope of the admin panel

  6. 06

    Post-launch release and maintenance plan

06Ownership and technology

The app, the accounts and the users are yours.

Apple Developer and Google Play Console accounts are opened in your name; we stay on only as authorized developers. Source code, servers and database are handed over at delivery. Stack: React Native, TypeScript, a Node.js API, PostgreSQL and Firebase.

07FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

8–12 weeks for the first version, including store review. Complex integrations or apps with many roles can take up to 16 weeks; the timeline is given in writing with the quote.
