Discovery
We study your processes on site or on screen. Output: a scope document, data model, screen list and a written proposal.

First working version
The most critical flow is built first and tested with your real data. Early, small-scale use instead of a big-bang launch.
- 03Throughout the project
Weekly releases
A new build every week, a short demo and an updated priority list. If the direction changes, the scope is updated in writing.
- 04Final 2 weeks
Migration and training
Existing data is migrated, your team is trained, and the two systems run in parallel for a while before the old one is switched off.
- 05After delivery
Maintenance and development
A maintenance agreement or time-and-materials development. Continuing with us is your choice; the system never depends on us.
05Quote
Every quote is based on scope.
How we quote
The quote is prepared at the end of discovery and itemized by scope, integrations, data migration and timeline. Discovery is quoted separately and credited toward the project. Development runs on a fixed scope for a fixed fee, and small post-delivery work on time and materials. Payments are tied to milestones; if the scope changes, you receive a written change quote.

Your code, your infrastructure, your call.
Source code lives in your organization on GitHub; servers, database and third-party accounts are opened in your name. Stack: TypeScript, Next.js, Node.js, PostgreSQL, Redis and Docker, with Python services where needed.
